UPDATE: Review – Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman

Seven Seas Perfect 7

I’m now past the halfway mark of my 3 month trial of Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman. As I mentioned in my earlier article, to know if a supplement is working for you, ask yourself what’s changed? What’s happening now, that didn’t before?

For me, there have been a few small, but important changes. My skin is clear and the tiny dry patches on my cheeks – which used to interfere with my foundation and make it look patchy, are gone.

Nails, always a good indicator of health, are long, strong and ridge free. Plus, no more hang nails – hurrah! Although I’m not sure if they were originally caused by a vitamin deficiency or dry hands (one to Google later).

But the biggest and best change, is my hair. I’m not talking about thickness – way too early for that, but about shine and texture. My hair has been so contrary of late, I know I can put the shine and smoothness back into it artificially via treatments and serum, but I’m finding it’s already easier to comb (even without the old Tangle Teezer) and style, before I add anything to the surface.

Plus, the dreaded frizz on the very ends of my hair (from pesky, but essential, highlights) has disappeared. Is it Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman, or nature being unusually kind to me? Only time will tell.

Perfect7 is a unique blend of marine oils, rich in Omega-3, and key vitamins and minerals.
Perfect7 contains marine oils to help maintain normal heart and brain function, and vitamins and minerals to help contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue.
One of the external signs of a healthy body is good skin, Perfect7 Woman is designed to provide you with nutrients to help maintain normal skin and nails from the inside.

I’ve decided I’m going to continue taking the Perfect 7 supplements after the trial has ended next month. I believe they produce the same (perhaps better), results than all the stand alone supplements I was taking before ie Biotin, Magnesium, Zinc and Cod Liver Oil.

Of course I realise now, that I was actually taking far too many, although, I think a lot people probably do this. We research on the internet for information on the best supplements and vitamins for skin, hair, body etc and take one of each, without realising that we could potentially overload or worse, damage, our system. It’s so much healthier instead, just to take one tablet and one capsule, to address those needs.

From a price point of view, there’s no question that Perfect 7 is by far, the cheapest option. Plus, with the respected and long-established Seven Seas brand name behind it, there’s no question about the quality of the supplements you’re taking.

I’ll come back to this review and update again in 6 months’ time. For now though, I’m confident with this long-term change and very happy with the results I’ve experienced.
