Molton Brown Re-charge Black Pepper Bath & Shower Gel
If you’re ever stuck for a gift for a guy, this is your safest bet. It’s always appreciated because it’s a well-known brand and it’s expensive for what it is but the recipient knows this.
It’s as if you’ve put thought into it, instead of grabbing a gift at the last minute. Come Christmas this shower gel and the soap has always sold out.
Plus, you get the benefit too if you’re living with the guy because it smells delicious, the scent is masculine but sexy.
Was £22.00 Now £20.00
Re-charge Black Pepper Bodyscrub Bar
Was £18.00 Now £14.40
This also goes down well. The ‘bar’ doesn’t disintegrate in the shower or go all gooey.

SOLD OUT ON MOLTON BROWN SITE, BUT Gingerlily Aroma Reeds
My all-time favourite diffuser is Jo Malone Red Roses (£64.00 for 165ml), but we were shopping in Costco about a year ago and they were selling:
Molton Brown Orange & Bergamot Aroma Reeds (150ml)
Was £45.00 Now £36.00
I can’t recall the price, but it must have been less than £45.00.
We bought it because it was a brand I recognised and Costco is very boring because I never seem to find any of the ‘good stuff’ people rave about when I’m there.
The scent is too masculine for my liking and is very pungent. I thought Molton Brown might be discontinuing it, but a year later, the fragrance is as strong as ever, and apparently, it’s one of their best selling fragrances. It just dominates whatever space it is in. There is an inch and a bit left in the bottle so we’ve put it in the cupboard under the stairs.
My Jo Malone diffusers last about 3-4 months before they evaporate, but this one is still going strong, so it’s excellent value for money. Gingerlily bath gel is exotic without being cloying, so I’m going to try the diffuser. I’ll have to pay full price (boo!) on a different site though.

NIP + FAB
Glycolic Fix Daily Cleansing Pads XXL 100 Was £19.95 now £10.00. I reviewed them here. A much cheaper alternative to Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Pads (which to fair, I also love).
Boots is still selling the tub of 60 pads for £17.00.

AllBeauty is my go-to site when I want to check out the best prices for beauty products.
You’re not going to get Elemis anywhere cheaper anywhere else online. A prime example is Elemis Overnight Matrix (review here).
Look Fantastic is running a 20% off skincare promo SKINFLASH, but the price of Matrix even with the code is still £6.40 more than AllBeauty at £118.40.
The Sisley Black Rose cream and mask are also the cheapest around on AllBeauty. I reviewed the mask here, but I also use the cream.
AllBeauty offers an average 20% discount on the Kérastase range. But I think I’m going to stick solely with the Nutritive range from now on. I used up all my supplies during lockdown, and honesty, I don’t know why I ever bought anything else. If pushed, I can live without the Nutritive shampoo, but not the masque or conditioner, they deliver every single time.
I bought the new(ish) Kérastase Blond AbsoluDuo Ultra Violet Shampoo and Cicaflash Intense Fortifying Treatment early in the year and I just don’t rate them at all. They’re not even worthy of a review.
There are also some good discounts on By Terry makeup.
My best bargain from AllBeauty was the 4 wick 1500g Neom candle down from £180 to £135 Full price now though. In fact, none of the Neom range is currently discounted. Perhaps they’re saving offers for Christmas?
VOUCHER CODE SITES
I was skeptical at first, but sometimes these sites really do work. Free delivery is probably the most common saving.
Personally, I would avoid ones where you have to add code, sometimes called an ‘add-on’ to your status bar ie ones that claim to search the whole web for your discount code in one hit.
vouchercodesDOTcoDOTuk is one I’ve had some success with.
My top tip would be to avoid clicking ‘Get Deal’ (because it’s usually available on the site anyway) and click ‘Get Code’ instead.
