I must confess I’ve got into the habit of buying Vital Protein Collagen Peptides (20g collagen per serving) and adding a scoop to my coffee each morning. It dissolves instantly and is completely tasteless.
Although, I went off-piste for a while and bought the Coconut flavour creamer which tastes lovely, creamy, and not overly coconutty at all. But it only has half the amount of collagen peptides of the original, so I’m not getting the same benefits. Fortunately, it’s always out of stock.
