REVIEW: St. Kitts Herbery Summer Rose Moisture Lotion
I love anything rose scented, but not the artificial, synthetic rose fragrance found in so many products. So I did have high hopes for St. Kitt’s Summer Rose Moisture Lotion.
Our luxurious products are formulated using the finest ingredients, and are made with the special care, knowledge and attention gained from years of experience.
SUMMER ROSE MOISTURE LOTION
Moisturise with the scent of an English rose garden on a warm summer evening with our Summer Rose Moisture Lotion.
Deliciously fresh, fruity notes of Cassis, Bergamot, Rose and Lychee combine with the floral scents of Cyclamen, Lily of the Valley, Magnolia and Violet, against a deep backdrop of Cedarwood, Musk and Sandalwood.
Elegantly packaged, an important detail a lot of artisan producers tend to overlook, there’s a generous 200ml of lotion which absorbs into skin beautifully, with a fragrance that lasted a full working day.
However, what I really like is that the scent is reminiscent of Chloé’s Body Lotion. Chloé, my signature fragrance, is rose based and there is definitely a similarity between the two. Summer Rose has a slightly more ‘powdery’ (but not old-fashioned) scent. I wouldn’t call it a dupe, but they’re definitely related!
Fragrances in the Shop by Scent section:
- Rosemary & Bergamot
- Spiced Lime
You can even book a visit to the herbery if you’re in the area. Buy herbs, food and (more importantly, I feel) see their chocolatier in action crafting hand-made herb chocolates!
